We are writing to you today to inform you of the forthcoming internal change of Data Controller of the data controller of the athena-medium website from Mediaweb Ltd. HK to another Mediaweb group affiliate in Gibraltar hereinafter referred to as Mediaweb Ltd. GIB.

They will continue to be processed in accordance with the EU GDPR or any other similar legislation that may be applicable. Both Mediaweb Ltd. HK and the acquiring entity Mediaweb Ltd. GIB will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data during and after the transfer.

As a data subject, you have various rights, including the right to object to the intra-group transfer of your personal data to Mediaweb Ltd. GIB, free of charge and without having to provide a reason, by clicking on the “opt-out” link at the bottom of this email or by sending an email to privacy@athena-medium.com by 31 December 2023.
